Chronology of cameras Leidolf
In the early 50s, the range of Leidolf cameras is very homogeneous considering their appearance. The cameras, whatever they are in the format 127 (4 x 4) or 135 (24 x 36) have a very similar body to the point that in the absence of scale, a too quick look brings confusion. This is what happened with advertising which I reproduce here below. With some knowledge, one quickly sees the differences as the absence of the rewind button on the format 127 etc ...
Is it why the "Leidox" advertising was quickly renamed "Lordox"?
This is a simple camera, but well built to last.
The opening of the back, completely removable, is made by turning the two attachment points of the neck strap.
